With organizations, universities, school groups and individuals involved in drawing maps covering cities throughout the world, Green Maps are an international phenomenon. Local mapmakers are taught the skills to chart green living, ecological, social and cultural resources, each using insider perspectives. A Jogja Green Map has already been published, with Borobudur and Bantul maps under way.
